About This Therapist:
Prior to starting my private practice, I earned my MSW from California State University, Long Beach. I gained experience in community mental health, providing individual and group therapy to adults with mental illness. I also have experience working as a volunteer crisis counselor for 988 Lifeline and facilitating grief support groups. I am certified in CBT and Somatic Psychotherapy and trained in EMDR.
