About This Therapist:
I am a recent MSE graduate from San Diego State University. I have experience providing individual therapy in a school setting for adolescents struggling with mood disorders, self esteem, body image, and childhood trauma. I am also an intake coordinator at an eating disorders clinic where I help clients with binge eating disorder find appropriate treatment for their current needs. I am eager to continue my professional development and expand my clinical skills as a therapist. My goal is to make mental health resources/services more accessible and relatable for the everyday person.
